Green Guard Industry Co. Ltd was established in June 1991. The factory invested over US$9,000,000 in the production facilities. We keep most of the manufacturing process under one roof rather than using sub-contractors in order to maintain the first rate quality and to give intensive training to the employees in all phases of production. Meanwhile, to ensure the quality recognition by our clients, we acquired GS/TUV certificate in 1995. In the same year, we also acquired the Teflon coating licence from DuPont. In 2001, the factory was again certified by LGA; VPA. Furthermore, we were ISO 9001:2000 certified in early 2003.
The goal of Green Guard is to produce products of excellent quality to meet our clients' demands. And since we have been working on this hard, our efforts have won our clients' trust. In turn this has made Green Guard one of the fastest growing companies in the garden tool industry. In the year-end of 2008, we had reached sales of US$80,000,000! Our new factory was set up in October, 2003. With 200,000 square meters factory, 60 R&D engineers, 4000 workers, the production lines capacity of Green Guard Group should be the biggest in Asia now.

We are determined to further enhance the excellent relationship with the existing customers, and we are confident that we are able to earn more trust from our new prospects. Over 300 new products are introduced into our inventory annually.
In August 2003, Green Guard Group merged a watering tools manufacture with over 18 years' experience in Taiwan. All equipment and machines will be moved to our China factory in May, 2004. New factory name is Green Frog. It means that Green Guard Group will have good quality of watering tools series to offer better service for our customers now.
